Welcome to YMCA’s E-Learning Service
For over 20 years, the YMCA’s E-Learning Service has provided crucial support to thousands of students facing educational barriers.
We help students reintegrate into school, prepare for exams, and achieve personal
learning goals through a flexible and supportive approach that empowers every
child to succeed. Our comprehensive service package offers exceptional value with no hidden costs.
Here’s what’s included:
- We offer support for students from ages 5 to 16 (Key Stages 1-4) and those in post-16 education.
- We’ll make the first call to the family, and our team will take care of all the paperwork.
- A qualified teacher will individually support the student and explain how
everything works, either at their home or in a phone call. - We can provide a laptop if the student needs one.
- UK-qualified teachers will create personalised lessons designed to meet each student’s specific learning needs.
- Full training on the platform is provided to schools to enable monitoring of student progress.
- Teachers will write progress reports every half term, and we’ll also keep track of student wellbeing
