Who is it for?

Community Housing Kings Lynn is for young people aged 18 to 30 years old. Entry is via HAF (Hostel Accommodation Form) referral from agencies, self-referral and YMCA Housing Services.

Tenants are of low risk and need, with low tolerance for alcohol and substance misuse. Applicants with medium support needs may be considered with support packages from other agencies (eg Together UK, Probation Service) subject to assessment.

What are the aims?

Community Housing Kings Lynn provides supported accommodation with intensive housing management.

Residents are encouraged to develop independent living skills, through measures such as tenancy management, budgeting skills and training & education opportunities.

What accommodation is available?

Woolstencroft has 15 rooms in a shared house. Breakfast and evening meals are provided, cooked by staff and tenants. Housekeeping is undertaken by staff and tenants; tenants are responsible for the upkeep of their own rooms. The accommodation is furnished with shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and gardens.

Other shared housing accommodation is available in Kings Lynn.
