St Pauls Lodge, Great Yarmouth
What is St Pauls Lodge Great Yarmouth?
St Pauls Lodge is our young persons housing unit on Salisbury Road, Great Yarmouth. It opened in September 2018 after it was renovated by YMCA Norfolk (funded by RICs, LandAid and #Pledge150).
The accommodation is suitable for 16-25 year olds. Entry is via HAF (Hostel Accommodation Form) referral from agencies and YMCA Housing Services.
St Pauls Lodge provides rooms and communal spaces for nine young people, alongside support and positive activities. It is staffed by YMCA Norfolk Youth Engagement and Housing Workers, who are on site daily to offer advice to our young people.
Residents are encouraged to develop independent living skills, through measures such as tenancy management, budgeting skills and training & education opportunities.
They are encouraged to consider long-term life plans with a programme of positive activities and Community Living.
