YMCA charity shops are a vital way to support the work of YMCA Norfolk.
Last year, more than £20,000 was been generated from donated goods. This money was used to support the development of our services, and ensure more vulnerable young people in Norfolk receive the help they need.
By donating your unwanted and pre-loved items to our shops, you can give a young person a safe place to call home. Alternatively, pop into one of our shops at anytime and buy good quality items at an affordable price.
Please note that YMCA Charity Shops are operated by YMCA England & Wales, rather than YMCA Norfolk. We receive a portion of the profits which support the work we do, but we are not involved in the operations of any Norfolk shop.

Volunteer
Our volunteers come from all walks of life and include students who want to contribute to the community, people who are retired and have time to spare, and young people who want to gain retail experience to improve their CV.
Join The Team
They’re always on the lookout for Store Assistants and Managers to join our Charity Shop teams. If you’d like to learn new skills, work with a team of volunteers, and make a different, YMCA would love to hear from you!
Book a FREE collection
They can collect furniture and some larger electrical items for free. Please contact your nearest YMCA shop to find out if they are able to accept your donation.
Please note they only accept items in good condition and will only refuse a collection due to legal, safety or quality reasons. All upholstered items must have a fire label attached.
