Research: Feeling the benefits

‘Feeling the benefits’ research (March 2014) produced by YMCA England on behalf of the Federation,  gathering vulnerable young people’s experiences and viewpoints and giving this often unheard and overlooked group a voice on the welfare system.

Based on the findings from this research, YMCA England have published a series of reports, each designed around the views expressed by vulnerable young people.

Processed and Punished

This report focusses on vulnerable young people’s experiences of the current welfare system, in particular looking at the support provided by Jobcentre Plus.
