YMCA Norfolk, working alongside the Caister-on-Sea Youth Club, has helped to launch a weekly Youth Club called the Friday Hub.
YMCA Lead Youth Worker Charlie Wall, said: “It is a place for the young people of Caister-on-Sea and the surrounding area to go and relax in a safe and secure environment that allows them to socialize and take part in activities. We can also offer a safe place to seek advice around issues that may affect a young person’s life.
“We can offer eight-ball pool, table football, arts and crafts, outdoor sports, game consoles and free WIFI and also have a fully stocked tuck Shop that opens from 7.30 – 9.30pm,” said Charlie.
The club runs at Allendale Road, Caister-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth, NR30 5ES every Friday from 7pm to 10pm, is free and caters for 12 to 21-year-olds.
